Tasting note
Pure Chardonnay from the south of Vertus. Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru quality through and through. Spontaneously fermented in traditional wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, then aged for three years on the lees in the bottle. Champagne quality is exemplary and comprehensible. Freshness and clarity with unprecedented precision.

Vinification
Gentle pressing. Spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts in Stockinger barrels, followed by maturation for 1 year. Then in the bottle for at least 2 years. Dosage 4g/L.
