Tasting note
Golden color with an elegant perlage. On the nose, citrus fruits followed by fresh apples and almonds, before the complexity increases due to pastry aromas. The palate is clean and straight forward. A lot of excitement in the aftermath.

Vinification
The base Chardonnay wine is fermented in barriques and then matures in barrels for about 15 months. The champagne is bottled according to the lunar calendar and matures on the lees for 18 to 24 months. There is no sulfurization nor is there doage.
