Tasting note
Lively and fruity with a juicy, meaty edge of fresh fruit and raspberries. Great length with minerality and nice crisp notes on the finish.

Goes well with sushi, crabs and lamb.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. At least 3 years on the yeast in the bottle. Bottle storage in the cellar after dosing: at least 3 months after disgorgement.
