About the wine
Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne, founded in 1584. The top address with the best Premier and Grand Cru locations on the unique chalk terrain of Champagne clearly emphasizes tradition and classics, but also its own style. Gosset is also considered an actual stylist with long-lasting, lively champagnes with balance and creamy, fine mousse. Grand Millésime stands for a mature selection from a large vintage.

Tasting note
Fresh fruit and florality, refinement, minerality and length thanks to concentration and depth. Biological acid degradation is avoided and the wine ages for 5 or more years (!) on the yeast. Both are partly responsible for a very creamy mousse.

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Champagne Grand Millésime Brut harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit Austern, Apérohäppchen und Krustentieren. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Schaumwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 8°-10°C.
