Tasting note
Fine citrus aromas, pears and a note of caramel round off the bouquet. Fine mousse, creamy on the palate with a fine sweetness on the finish (35g sugar per liter). The Grand Cru base wine is partially fermented in barrels and blended with reserve wines over 10 years old.
