Tasting note
A fresh fruity nose of strawberries and raspberries, followed by a velvety mouthfeel. Fine perlage with a dry, berry finish. One of the few “rosé de saignée”, which is why it has a pronounced fruitiness, which goes perfectly with a beautiful Spanish raw ham.
