About the wine
The RL Legras winery was founded in 1808 by Honoré Legras and has been family-owned ever since. Julien Barbier is the 6th generation of the 15-hectare champagne house and produces the Legras Brut Blanc de Blancs exclusively from Chardonnay.

Tasting note
Lemon yellow reflections. Fresh and lively notes of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, develop on the nose. On the palate, a liveliness at the beginning, ending with the sweetness of fruits with yellow flesh.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, seafood and crustaceans.
Vinification
R&L Legras does not use wood, but allows the wine to completely mash ferment. This Non Vintage Brut is stored in the cellar for 36 months before it is released on the market.
