Tasting note
This champagne glows salmon red at us. The wine shows delicate aromas of red berries and raspberries. We also taste mirabelles and some brioche. A soft, well-structured rosé champagne. The wine is aged for five to six years, which is a very long time and a sign of high quality for a rosé. In addition, the grapes for this champagne come exclusively from Grand and Premier Cru vines.
