Tasting note
The rosé without vintage. The bright, antique pink dress is adorned with a very slightly purple shimmer. Pearling is fine, fast and long-lasting. The bouquet presents the rosé without vintage with notes of red berries and fruits in light sugar syrup, rhubarb and litchies. Powerful but elegant in the mouth with aromas of strawberries. The delicate mint tones give the whole thing freshness and liveliness.
Culinary recommendation
A perfect accompaniment for festive moments, with salmon, duck or certain types of cheese.
