Tasting note
The top Champagne de Saint Gall cuvée comes from the predestined Côtes de Blancs. The renowned champagne house did not come up with this name from the St.Gallen team. The monk Gallus is honored because his charisma also had an effect in Champagne. Champagne de Saint Gall is therefore a real champagne from the best Premier Cru vineyards, which presents itself with pure fruitiness and noble perlage, complemented by nuances of red berries and nuts in this rosé. Perfect tingling sensation for far beyond St. Gallen, as confirmed by experts (Decanter, Wine Spectator...) with top marks.
