Tasting note
This champagne is a cuvée from three Gran Cru village locations. Chardonnay from the Grand Cru sites in Avize, Pinot Noir from Ay and Ambonnay.
Vinification
A champagne made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. The grapes are pressed together and half of the wine is aged in wood and in stainless steel tanks.
