Tasting note
The Champagne Château D’Avize Brut shines in bright gold with fine pearls. On the nose, it develops a complex bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, baked apples and a subtle toast. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with an elegant mousseux and a fine minerality. The finish is long and creamy, with a pleasant saltiness that gives the wine extra depth.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with delicious appetizers such as oysters, sushi, caviar or fried crawfish. Also ideal with cheeses such as Brie or Comté.
Vinification
This champagne was made from grapes from Grand Cru sites in Avize. The grapes are carefully selected and traditionally vinified in oak barrels. The brood gets its complexity from a long aging process on the yeast.
