Tasting note
Distinguished and balanced, the intensely fruity, minerally rounded champagne Delamotte Brut plays its own melody in the orchestra of vintage brut cuvées, which above all represent the character of a house.
Culinary recommendation
Delamotte Brut is just as popular as an aperitif as an accompaniment to fine dishes. Its wonderful aromas of white fruits, ripe pears and ginger, which bring out an elegant mineral note, offer subtle and harmonious palate delights.
Vinification
After 30 to 36 months of fermentation on the lees, a light dosage is added to the champagne Delamotte Brut, like all house products.
