About the wine
A lively and elegant champagne with a fine perlage, which receives particular attention through artistic collaboration with designer David Doran. On the nose, it develops aromas of ripe apples, citrus fruits and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a nice fruitiness and a subtle, creamy texture. The aftertaste is long and harmonious, with a fine minerality. A versatile champagne that shines both on festive occasions and as an aperitif.

Tasting note
The Cuvée Brut is lively, subtle and smooth. Aromas of almonds, fresh pear, apple and a delicate hint of citrus seduce the nose and palate. A harmonious blend of bright, crunchy pomelo, white grapes and juicy fruits give a wonderful feeling of lightness, which is enveloped by the structure and depth of Pinot Noir. Very well balanced.

Goes well with casual meals: seafood, fish, expeditions to unexplored culinary realms — any daring is allowed!
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. Second fermentation “Prise de Mousse” on the bottle. Storage in the cellar for at least 36 months.
