A small champagne house with a clear signature: Sensual minerality. And the two Gonet siblings also combine this in a team. The charm of Chantal (Sales), the dedication to the terroir of Pierre (winemaking). The starting point is Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Mekkades Chardonnay, place of distinctive minerality and highest acidity in Champagne. And in 7 generations since 1830, vineyards have only been purchased very selectively. Today, 20 hectares are spread over 8 villages and 35 different sites according to biological, sometimes biodynamic principles (not certified) and, of course, expanded separately, in small tanks. The reserve wines consist of up to 7 vintages, which gives depth and embeds the minerality beautifully.
