About the wine
The 'Les 2 Cépages' vintage by Sadi Malot is a gentle and subtle champagne. It is a blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%) and is made from 50% vintage wine and 50% reserve wines from a Solera started in 1982.

Tasting note
Eye: straw yellow with golden reflections, fine tanginess; nose: ripe fruit, delicately floral with roasted aromas; palate: fresh and generous, soft but with good tension and taste

Vinification
A blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%). It is made from 50% vintage wine and 50% from reserve wines from a Solera started in 1982. This method allows the old wine to 'educate' the young wine before it ages in the bottle for 36 months.
