Tasting note
The champagne has a slightly golden color with an exceptional Brightness and a very fine perlage. The 2005 vintage is characterized by floral notes (linden, hawthorn, vineyard peach). Chardonnay is expressed here in all its nuances, thanks to the long aging process in our cellars. The bouquet is Very pure and combines with buttery notes and then comes the Pinot Noir expression. Wine gains complexity with tertiary aromas of roasted hazelnuts and mild tobacco in Combination with vanilla, almost balsamic notes.
