About the wine

Henri-Marc de Venoge moved from Morges to Epernay in 1837 and founded the highly regarded champagne house de Venoge there. The family name comes from the small river de Venoge. De Venoge has always been at the heart of champagne lovers as a brand that is always at the forefront of innovation and tradition. Originality and quality are the priorities in the production of all champagnes that bear the name of the House de Venoge. The number of pressings continues to contribute to incomparability. De Venoge only uses the first pressing, the “cuvée”, to produce champagne. A process that only a few top companies can afford. As individual as the style of the house is, the different cuvées prove the variety and quality of de Venoge champagnes are just as unmistakable.

Tasting note
Fine beading Fragrance of ripe flowers, biscuits and subtle notes of butter. On the palate, the Champagne de Venoge Cordon Bleu is noble, well structured, with a classic fine variety of aromas, appears fresh and slightly drying on the finish, a good champagne with character.
