This Gran Cuvée champagne is the result of a careful and rigorous selection of the best particles the GrandCru Chardonnay vineyards, which are harvested and vinified with great care and attention following the old tradition of the champenoise method in the Mesnil-sur-Oger region.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with aperitifs, with salami and cream cheese and cheese without herbs. Perfect with raw fish and carpaccio.
Vinification
Fermentation and vinification take place in steel barrels and at controlled temperatures, which vary from 18-20 °C. Malolactic fermentation is prevented, followed by 42-month secondary fermentation
