Tasting note
Chardonnay it is! Blanc de Blancs champagnes are becoming increasingly popular, partly because of wines like this. It is full of character without being greasy and full, with a lot of elegance and finesse. The slight bitterness from the long bottle aging process is perfectly integrated and provides structure. High fruit intensity, floral and toast aromas. Very fine perlage and a lot of depth of taste.
