Fine, elegant perlage with aromas of green apples, citrus fruits and a subtle nuttiness. Fresh and lively in the mouth, with mineral notes that accompany a long, clear finish.

Perfect with oysters, sashimi, or a scallop carpaccio.
Vinification
The wine is made from a precise blend of the three classic grape varieties. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels to create structure and complexity. Ageing on yeast takes at least 36 months. Without dosage, the champagne is bottled as Brut Nature in order to preserve pure terroir expression.
