About the wine
The Domaine Michèle et Patrice Rion, accompanied by son Maxime, covers 7 hectares, planted in Nuits Saint Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. The family attaches great importance to the choice of plant material. The overall philosophy is to respect the soil and the plants and at the same time produce typical of the terroir.

Tasting note
The Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes is one of the best premier crus in Burgundy. The vineyard name precisely describes the character of the wine: seductive, sensual and harmonious. Diverse aromas of violet, cinnamon and graphite, dense, polished tannin on the palate, shows depth and finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, beef, stews, fine cuts of meat.
Vinification
Manual selection and then extensive sorting. Fermentation in open stainless steel tanks for three weeks. The wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels (50% new, 50% used).
