Tasting note
Bright ruby red with purple reflections. Fresh bouquet, the berry notes are complemented by a delicately spicy component. Rich in fruit, full but without sacrificing freshness and smoothness.
Vinification
Vinification in steel tanks, fermentation is temperature-controlled at 28°, maceration lasts 15 days. Ageing in steel tanks and wooden barrels for 12 months.
