About the wine
In the vineyards of Chambave, a village in the middle Aosta Valley, Muscat Blanc grapes manage to bring out the aromatic expressions of this grape variety. The result is a wine with a deep territorial character, rich and with great personality.

Tasting note
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet, aromatic with pure muscat notes. Pleasantly dry on the palate, mineral but also with clear fruit notes, elegant and refreshing.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with crustaceans, cozze alla marinara and medium-aged cheeses.
Vinification
Vinification in steel tanks, fermentation is temperature-controlled between 12° and 16°. Refinement in steel tanks for 5 months, storage on fermentation yeast with regular battonage (stir up yeast grounds).
