About the wine
The Servin winery is located in the heart of Chablis and has been run by the family of the same name for seven generations. Today, traditional methods are combined with modern techniques to guarantee consistently the highest quality of the wines and to preserve the inimitable Servin style.

Tasting note
Light lemon yellow, fresh nose with notes of ripe citrus, pear, peach and flint minerality. Fresh and bone-dry on the palate with great juicy acidity and a harmonious, salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, oysters, zander fillet, sushi or goat cheese with fresh herbs.
Vinification
The wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then stored on fine lees for 10 to 12 months.
