About the wine

Le Clos is considered the most renowned Grand Cru location in Chablis. On the nose, lemon zest, nutmeg, blossom honey, pears, fresh bread and slightly salty. The palate is full-bodied, profound, very elegant and complex, with aromas of orange oil, lemon zest, green pears and apples, white flowers, some bine wax and fresh bread again. The lively acidity and chalk tones harmonize perfectly. Powerful yet incredibly elegant, a wine with enormous potential. It goes very well with a crustacean terrine.
