About the wine
The Servin winery is located in the heart of Chablis and has been run by the family of the same name for seven generations. Today, traditional methods are combined with modern techniques to guarantee consistently the highest quality of the wines and to preserve the inimitable Servin style.

Tasting note
After a little air, the Chablis Grand Cru develops aromas of yellow fruits, beeswax, buttery pastry and moist stone. On the palate, it is full-bodied and profound, while remaining balanced, with notes of yellow peach, apricot and roasted hazelnut. It is rounded off by a fine salinity and a long, elegant finish.

Vinification
