About the wine

Perfect with cooked white fish with hollandaise sauce or ripe sheep cheese.
Culinary recommendation
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, fine notes of ripe clementines and quinces. Elegant waxy structure with aromas of almonds and white peach. Fine acidity and a long, mineral finish.
Vinification
The Obédiencerie of Chablis has been a wine stronghold since the Middle Ages and Laroche is closely linked to this story. This cultural heritage is still very much alive today: the Domaine still produces and stores its wines in its historic cellars. These wines are the testimony of over 1000 years of history!
