Tasting note
This Chablis is bright golden yellow with green reflections. On the nose, rich aromas of citrus fruits, bright flowers and chalk inspire. On the palate, the wine is straight and fresh with a wonderful harmony between fruit, mineral accents of mussel limestone, juicy acidity and a long-lasting and lively finish. An exemplary Chablis.
Vinification
The grapes for this Chablis come from 20-30 year old vines that are rooted in calcareous Kimmeridge soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
