About the wine
The very aromatic, elegant style of the wines has brought Lyne and Jean-Bernard Marchive many friends. Jean-Bernard is a thoroughbred winemaker and an excellent wine maker. For him, Chablis and wood are opposites. The estate's modern winery ferments in stainless steel and does everything possible to ensure that the wines retain their intensity and freshness until bottling.

Tasting note
Brilliant greenish yellow. The aroma is apple, citrus and mango, with mineral notes. Distinctive, athletic body, with harmonious acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Chablis is the ideal partner for oysters and seafood, but it also accompanies Hors dOeuvres. Especially with a Bresse chicken with creamy sauce or a ripe brie.
Vinification
The expansion took place in a steel tank.
