The gravelly, calcareous soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Laroche knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Whole grape pressing. Fermentation takes 2 weeks at 17°C. 15% mature in barriques, 85% in steel tanks for 9 months. Minimal filtration
