Tasting note
This 1er cru is bright golden yellow with a slight greenish tinge. On the nose, aromas of wild flowers, fresh pome fruit and citrus fruits inspire. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet rich in finesse with mineral notes of shell limestone and juicy acidity. A sensual and mouth-filling Chablis.
Vinification
The grapes come from the calcareous and south-facing 1er Cru Beauroy vineyard, which is planted with 30-45-year-old vines. The grapes are picked by hand and then fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It is also aged in steel tanks for approx. 8-10 months.
