About the wine
The Colors Negre wine comes from vines grown in 1970, as part of a modern mountain cultivation project.

Tasting note
The glass features aromas of red berries, candied cherries and juicy black fruits, as well as spicy and balsamic notes. The tannins are well integrated and ensure sustainability and a fresh finish on the palate. Die Sue

Goes well with grill BBQ, charcuterie
Vinification
The three grape varieties are vinified separately. Cold maceration is carried out before fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. It is aged for 6 to 8 months in 225 liter French oak barrels.
