About the wine
The San Fabiano Calcinaia winery is located in the middle of Tuscany on the hills of the Chianti region. It covers 165 hectares in Poggibonsi and Castellina in Chianti. Guido and Isa Serio have owned the business since 1983 and are dedicated to producing authentic, top-class wines. In 2009, they began switching to organic production.

Anschliessend zeigen die erfrischenden Nuancen von schwarzer Kirsche, schwarzer Pflaume und schwarzem Pfeffer ihren eigenen Charakter. Mit verhalten angenehm ausgebauten Tanninen, kräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Rotwein seine meisterliche Struktur.
