Tasting note
The aroma - characterized by spices (pepper), floral notes and also fruit (elderberry, strawberry jam) - makes you sit up and is intense on the nose. The tannins are present; they bite. The fruity structure provides an additional dimension. It is a structured wine that lasts long in the finale and is characterized by the aftertaste.
