Tasting note
The expressive bouquet reveals exotic but also local fruits (ripe apple, pear), floral aromas (rose) and elderflower on the nose. This is accompanied by mineral, vegetable aromas (grass, black tea). The palate starts with a rich body, which is soon supplemented and replaced by fruit acid. This interplay and the rich yet elegant body go together and leave a coherent, balanced impression. The fruity pleasure experience is in the finale.
