Tasting note
The refreshing bouquet of passion fruit, peach and almond flirts skillfully with your sense of smell. Next, refreshing nuances of lemon, lime and apple will resolutely and consciously convince your taste buds. Slim body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Only the best batches of grapes are used for the flagship wines of the Castello della Sala winery. After harvesting by hand and gentle pressing, the must is fermented in French barriques from Alliers and Tronçais. The young wine is then left on the lees for five to six months.
