Tasting note
From nose to finish, this wine offers a high level of pleasure throughout: The bouquet is characterized by complex aromas that are reminiscent of flowers (violet, rose) and ripe wild fruits (blueberries, blackberries). This is accompanied by sensory impressions reminiscent of dried fruits, licorice, caramel, vanilla and chocolate. It is complemented by a nice combination of fruit acid, tannins and sweetness. Its profound structure perfectly matches the breadth of the range of aromas. This wine also shows its greatness in the finale.

It goes well with lamb, chicken, pizza, lamb skewer, beef steak, pork skewer, pork steak, spare ribs, gypsy skewer and lumberjack steaks.
