This powerful Nero d'Avola 2015 — Cerasuolo di Vittoria Giambattista Valli DOCG crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudi del Pisciotto conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Nero d'Avola with pasta or hard cheese.

Tasting note
The elegant and almost delicate structure of this Cerasuolo is surprising. Although the fresh aromas show warmth, they remain stimulating with their richness of nuances, barely perceptible the notes of barriques, yet remain the main accent in the spicy-fruity range.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with roasted or grilled lamb, braised beef or game dishes such as venison. It is also an ideal choice for pasta with meat sauce or eggplant parmesan. It goes perfectly with aged cheeses such as pecorino and dry sausages.
