About the wine
Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Russo conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. A must for connoisseurs, this strong Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 — Ceppitaio Toscana IGT! Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Spicy aromas on the nose, dark berries and a bit of a cigar box, very dense on the palate with present tannin, which is underlaid with a fine fruit, not fattening and overwhelming, but complex and elegant.
Culinary recommendation
Tasty meat dishes and aromatic cheese platters.
Vinification
Harvest by hand in mid-September, aged in steel tanks and used barriques for 6 months. In mid-April, the wine is bottled and refined in the bottle for a further 4 months.
