Tasting note
Dense, clear ruby with purple reflections. Intense, ripe and beautifully proportioned fruit aromas on the nose. Reminiscent of plums, cherries and blackberries. Invitingly delicate and juicy on the palate. With a dense texture and soft, well-integrated tannins. Ripe black berry fruit, elegant and tasty. Good length finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta or summer barbecues.
Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately, pressed and fermented in steel tanks. This is followed by a brief aging in 350 L French oak barrels.
