Tasting note
Beautiful dark red color, wonderfully full-bodied, densely woven and complex. A beautiful, mature Spaniard who makes for lots of drinking fun!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried meats and heavier dishes.
Vinification
The wine is aged in French oak barriques for 12-16 months. The barrels are used for a maximum of 4 vintages. Then 12 months in amphorae.
