Tasting note
A rare, small special cuvée dedicated to the older one of his two daughters. Composed with around 95% Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha. Inviting nose with aromas of dark cherries, plums, some pomegranate and figs, underlined with delicate spicy notes of roasted almonds, licorice and some light tobacco. Powerful on the palate, with concentration, depth and lots of fine tannins.

Grilled or fried meat, game, cheese, Iberian pata negra ham.
