Tasting note
New to the range! Celeste Verdejo seduces with an intense, varietal bouquet of fennel, green almonds and white summer blossoms. Fresh and intensely aromatic on the palate, with fine tension, lively acidity and wonderful length in the finale.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, immediately brought to the winery and first cold mashed for three hours before the cool fermentation starts at 14°C in stainless steel tanks. The wines then remain on the fine yeasts for two months and are bottled from March each year.
