Tasting note
Celeste Riserva matured in American and French barriques for 15 months. Attractive bouquet, aromas of violets, tobacco, leather, currants. On the palate, compact, rounded tannin, complex and extremely noble. The perfect accompaniment to dark meat.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with lamb, beef steak, game dishes or aged Manchego.
Vinification
Aging in American and French barriques for 15 months. Before it is sold, it ages in the bottle for another 21 months.
