Tasting note
First vintage of the absolute top wine in the Celeste line! Very limited availability. Rich bouquet, aromas of violets, tobacco, leather, currants. On the palate, compact, rounded tannin, complex and mineral. An absolute must as a Ribera del Duero fan!
Vinification
From old vines that are up to 72 years old. Aging in French barriques for 15 months.
