Tasting note
Deep red with black reflections. On the nose, dark fruits, cassis and spicy notes with subtle roasted aromas. Dry and full on the palate, with finesse and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with barbecues, risotto and pasta dishes or cold meat platters.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, maceration for 12 days. 12 months in barriques and 8 months in bottle.
