Citrus color with mineral aromas, plus notes of pine and mint. Very fresh on the palate, with mineral notes and excellent crunchy acidity due to the proximity to the sea.
Vinification
Handpicked. 5 days on the mash. Fermented with local yeasts. Aged in used barrels for 24 months.
