Cebolal Clarete from Herdade do Cebolal is a fresh and easygoing rosé made for casual moments. Its juicy, approachable character makes it perfect for sharing with friends or pairing with light bites on sunny afternoons.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red. On the nose, it shows floral notes, red fruits and a hint of smoke and roasted aromas. On the palate, there is a rather fresh, elegant style with very fine tannins.
Vinification
Vines over 60 years old. Handpick. For 24-48 hours on the mash in the clay tank to preserve freshness and minerality. After contact with the skins, the juice is pressed and aged in a steel tank, where it remains in contact with the yeast for 6 to 10 months.
