Jean-Michel and Corinne Comme, what they have in common is not only the Ring, but also the nature in their hearts, the idea, origin and roots of the vines. What they conjure up in the bottle in the far east of Entre-deux-mers - Corinne is the central force on the estate - is not least the reason why Pontet Canet in Paulliac with Michel - plant manager there - not only dared to switch to biodynamics, but downright wanted it. And how did the quality and reputation improve as a result. Our own 10 ha are, of course, also cultivated biodynamically, simply because neither balance nor what is here should be disturbed, from the roots to the vines. The wines are - not only in terms of price - simply outstanding in their self-evident, balanced and typical character. In short: Spectacular without a spectacle.
